Job summary

Oscar Wylee Pty Ltd. is seeking an Optical Dispenser to blend fashion retail with healthcare in our Cheltenham store.

You will provide eye care and eyewear styling advice, dispensing lenses and frames per prescriptions from our Optometrists, and build lasting relationships with patients. You will also assist with opening and closing procedures, working with the Store Partner to gain commercial and operational experience in a joint venture environment at Westfield Southland, Cheltenham, and

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in the optical industry or 2+ years retail sales experience.
• Reliable with previous experience in store opening/closing duties.
• Strong attention to detail with basic mathematical skills.
• A confident, clear and proactive worker with strong communication skills.
• Capable of building trusting and respectful relationships with co-workers and customers alike.
• A go-getter with a positive and friendly manner, ready to provide customers with outstanding service!
