Job summary

TrueCover is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to be the primary contact for new and existing customers, helping them select appropriate insurance products or resolve inquiries. The contact centre operates Monday to Saturday, with options for full-time, part-time, or casual roles to fit your lifestyle.

You will listen to customers’ needs, explain protection options, and deliver empathetic, attentive service while contributing to a collaborative, growth-minded team culture.

• Prior sales and customer service experience, such as contact centre, hospitality, or retail.

The Role

As a TrueCover Customer Care Specialist, you will be the point of contact for new and existing customers, helping them purchase appropriate insurance or resolving their inquiry. The TrueCover contact centre is open Monday to Saturdays.We are open to candidates seeking a full-time, part-time or casual role. Role responsibilities include:
