BizCover in Sydney is seeking motivated Business Insurance Sales Consultants to help small businesses find the right cover and drive revenue. No degree required; full training provided.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, guide customers through quotes, and turn enquiries into sales. The role offers hybrid flexibility with three days in the office and two days from home in Sydney, or fully remote for applicants outside Sydney.

What Your Day Looks Like:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with customers

What We’re Looking For:

• Results-driven sales mindset

• Comfortable in a fast-paced contact centre environment with KPIs
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Prior sales or contact centre experience preferred (insurance background a bonus)
