Job summary

You will work across Council functions, build broad knowledge of operations and contribute to service improvements, with a focus on professionalism, empathy and problem-solving to turn queries into positive

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration or customer support environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly and confidently.
• The ability to navigate multiple systems and learn complex information quickly.
• Sound problem-solving skills and initiative when responding to customer needs.
