Job summary

The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking a Customer Resolution Officer to deliver outstanding service to the community. You’ll handle a range of enquiries from development queries to Ranger-related matters, guiding customers through Council services with empathy and accuracy.

You will work in a collaborative team, continually improve customer experiences, and help resolve issues at the first point of contact wherever possible. This role offers a stable, full-time schedule and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or support environments.
• Strong communication and clear information sharing.
• Ability to learn multiple systems and complex information quickly.

• Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred.
