Job summary

Cult Design in Sydney is seeking a Customer Operations Administrator to join our Chippendale office. You will support retail and commercial sales consultants, respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate deliveries with our logistics team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

This role offers exposure to the architecture and design industry, and opportunities for career growth. You will liaise with customers and internal teams, raise purchase orders, and assist with warranty

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications or training in Customer Service, Sales Administration or Project Management is desirable
• Minimum of 2 years' work experience in sales administration or customer service
• Ability to deal with challenging customer interactions
• Positive, professional attitude and team player mindset
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Field enquiries from existing and new retail, trade & wholesale customers and provide options
• Prepare quotes, sales orders, specifications/proposals, and tender documentation
• Prepare reports and price lists for wholesale accounts
• Respond to requests for samples
• Raise Purchase Orders and identify potential volume discounts
• Liaise with customers and sales on changes to delivery dates
• Plan deliveries for major projects with Logistics team
• Process Warranty Applications and other claims

As a valued member of a national team that supports retail and commercial sales consultants, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders across the sales and delivery process to ensure thevery bestcustomer experience. From responding toinitialenquiries and preparing quotations through to delivery coordination with ourlogisticsteam and goods invoicing, you will play an integral role to help bring projects to life.
