Job summary

Capral Limited, Australia’s leading aluminium manufacturer and distributor, is seeking a Branch Sales & Warehouse Coordinator at Slacks Creek. You'll blend customer service with hands-on warehousing tasks to keep the branch running smoothly.

This full-time, Monday-to-Friday role covers counter sales, order processing, quotes, and light factory duties such as cutting aluminium and operating a forklift, with training and clear paths for progression within Capral's safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• A current LF Forklift Licence.
• Reliable work history and strong commitment to safety.
• Confidence communicating with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
• Sound computer skills.
• Good attention to detail and professional communication.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Counter sales and face-to-face customer service.
• Responding to telephone and customer enquiries.
• Entering and processing sales orders.
• Preparing quotes and providing order, lead-time and product updates.
• Picking and packing customer orders.
• Cutting aluminium using an up-cut saw.
• Operating forklifts to load and unload trucks.
• Checking and vetting orders.
• Providing product information and support to customers.
• Working with the broader branch team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
