Capral Aluminium is seeking a Customer Sales & Service Coordinator to join its Industrial team in Archerfield. This office-based role focuses on problem-solving, administration and delivering exceptional customer service, supporting the sales process, managing orders, and providing product information.

The successful candidate will enter orders, respond to enquiries, provide quotes and keep customers updated while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

This office-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, administration and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll play a key role in supporting the sales process, managing orders, providing product information and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Capral's Industrial Division supplies aluminium extrusion, sheet, plate and related products to customers across a diverse range of industries including manufacturing, transport, marine, fabrication, engineering and general industrial applications. Backed by Australia's largest aluminium distribution network, our team works closely with customers to deliver practical solutions and outstanding service.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately entering sales orders into our system
• Responding to phone and internal enquiries
• Providing quotes, lead times, and order status updates
• Vetting orders for accuracy and feasibility
• Track detailed material movements from quotation stage through to delivery in full
• Coordinate customer issues and follow up with corrective actions, maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the resolution process.
• Processing credit claims and applying credit policies
• Offering technical and product support over the phone
