Job summary

Capral Aluminium is seeking a Customer Sales & Service Coordinator to join its Industrial team in Archerfield. This office-based role focuses on problem-solving, administration and delivering exceptional customer service, supporting the sales process, managing orders, and providing product information.

The successful candidate will enter orders, respond to enquiries, provide quotes and keep customers updated while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Enter sales orders accurately into the system.
• Respond to phone and internal enquiries.
• Provide quotes, lead times, and order status updates.
• Vet orders for accuracy and feasibility.
• Track material movements from quotation to delivery in full.
• Coordinate customer issues and follow up with corrective actions.
• Process credit claims and apply credit policies.
• Offer technical and product support over the phone.
