nbn is seeking a Customer Field Technician based in Hobart to perform installation, repair and maintenance of nbn products across various technologies. You will work autonomously, primarily on customer premises, delivering exceptional service while solving cabling and CPE issues.

The role requires strong customer service, honesty, integrity, and self-management. A current, clean driver's license and solid communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Cabling installation (copper and fibre) including jointing, jumpering and splicing.
• Customer premises installation of nbn CPE (customer premises equipment).
• Fault diagnosis and repair of cabling networks and CPE.
• Roles operate between 7am–7pm; flexible working environment.
