Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Customer Technical Lead - Data Centre in Sydney to drive innovative data centre solutions from early engagement through handover. You will combine technical expertise, solution design and commercial acumen to influence opportunities and win strategic deals.

You will lead workshops, develop cost models and proposals, and partner with sales to secure customers. A degree in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years in data centre engineering or presales are essential,

Qualifications

This role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years in data centre engineering or presales.
Strong knowledge of data centre electrical infrastructure, power distribution, cooling and monitoring.
Experience designing and delivering integrated data centre solutions with costings and proposals.

Responsibilities

Design and optimise data centre solutions across power, cooling, monitoring and supporting infrastructure.
Lead technical workshops and design reviews with customers and consultants.
Develop cost models, proposals and technical documentation for opportunities.
Influence specifications and standards through pre-tender engagement.
Provide guidance on energy efficiency, reliability and sustainability best practices.
