Job summary

Scania Australia is seeking a Customer Service Advisor/Delivery Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Adelaide. You will manage and exceed customer expectations by coordinating new vehicle movements, building strong relationships and handling administration.

Key duties include overseeing the build process from order intake to delivery, processing new truck deliveries, registering vehicles, invoicing work orders and coordinating with suppliers and the workshop to ensure a single point of contact.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service and administration.
• Time management and organisational abilities.
• Mechanical or workshop aptitude is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing Build process from Order Intake to Delivery
• Processing of New Truck Deliveries
• Registering of vehicles
• Generate purchase orders and liaise with suppliers to accurately build vehicles
• Conduit between the Customer, third party vendors and the Workshop to ensure a single point of contact
• Manage customer expectations with timely updates on job progress and vehicle handover
• Handle cash sales transactions and identify payer options such as Warranty, Contracts, Cash Sale
• Create and invoice work orders and allocate work to the workshop planner with regard to capacity
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell by promoting additional products or services
• Liaise with external suppliers to coordinate new vehicle movements through the Scania Australia Service Network
