• Proficiency with computer systems, email platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correctly recorded.
• Maintain comprehensive customer records and update databases with relevant information.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are fulfilled and tracked appropriately.
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, filing and documentation as required.
• Support the development and maintenance of customer relationships to promote loyalty and repeat business.
