Job summary

The Good Guys is seeking a Customer Service Team Member on the Sunshine Coast. You will support store operations, ensure accurate cash handling, and help deliver a sales-driven, high-quality customer experience across channels.

You’ll contribute to inventory accuracy, assist with promotions, and work as part of a team to resolve customer queries while developing product knowledge and skills through training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver store administration and handle cash and tendering.
• Manage store multi-channel fulfilment and stock integrity.
• Handle telephone enquiries and customer questions.

• Contribute to financial performance through inventory management.
• Collaborate with a team to provide a consistent store experience.
• Support merchandising and in-store presentation, and participate in development opportunities.
