Job summary

The role focuses on end-to-end repair journey, customer experience and continuous improvement across operations and support activities.

The job requires managing quotations, communications with customers and internal stakeholders, and providing technical and product guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and MS Office in a fast-paced service environment.
• Ability to handle quotations and customer communications with accuracy.
• Strong collaboration with sales, operations and service teams.

Responsibilities

• Daily processing repair-related quotations in a timely manner – Sell repair, trade in and Fleet options.
• Process all communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide technical and product advice to customers and partners.
• Support Channels and sales teams on service objectives; quote reduction, trade in and campaigns.
• Manage repair-related CCNs through to resolution and customer acceptance.
• Coordinate Loan and Tools on Demand (ToD) return orders and liaise with carriers.
• Follow up with customers on overdue tools and support them through returns.
• Handle SAP administrative functions related to PTP operations and asset management.
