Job summary

Hilti Australia is seeking an AMS Coordinator to ensure efficient movement of tools through repair and service processes in our Sydney service centre. You’ll coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, manage receipts, and dispatch repaired tools while maintaining accurate inventory and documenting shipments.

You’ll collaborate with customers, technicians, and transport partners, address delivery issues, and contribute to continuous improvement for better service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the inbound and outbound logistics of customer tools for repair and servicing.
• Manage incoming tool receipts and ensure accurate processing within service systems.
• Prepare and dispatch repaired tools to customers in a timely manner.
• Generate shipping documentation, consignment notes, and bills of lading.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to support inventory integrity.
• Liaise with customers, service technicians, and transport providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor service workflows and proactively resolve delivery or logistics issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized operational environment.
• Act as a key point of contact within the service centre, providing support and guidance across daily operations.

Keep our Hilti service operation moving and make an impact behind the scenes! As an AMS Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of tools through our repair and service process. Working closely with customers, technicians, and logistics partners, you'll coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, manage inventory accuracy, and help deliver an exceptional service experience. What You'll Do
