Job summary

City of Ballarat is seeking a Customer Experience Officer for the Ballarat Aquatic & Lifestyle Centre. You will be the first contact for visitors, delivering a warm, professional experience from arrival and throughout their visit.

The role supports customers with enquiries, memberships, programs and services while building strong centre knowledge to recommend the best options. Successful applicants enjoy a busy, people-focused environment with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience within a customer facing and fast paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment demonstrating a can-do attitude and a positive work ethic.
• An understanding of the key services and programs provided at the Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre.
• Available to work a broad range of shifts within centre opening hours – please specify your availability
