Job summary

InfraBuild is seeking a customer-focused coordinator at our Mayfield campus in Australia. You will be the key point of contact for customers, building strong relationships from enquiry to delivery, coordinating orders with sales, warehouse and distribution teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience and strong communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and manage enquiries.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset and ownership of tasks.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, administration or customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customers via phone and email.
• Process orders and quotes accurately while handling enquiries and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse and logistics for timely order fulfilment and delivery.
• Manage credit approvals, customer queries and reconciliations in line with policies.
• Monitor inventory availability and communicate supply updates to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and streamline processes.
• Support rural distributors and customers across Australia.
