Job summary

REMONDIS Australia is hiring a Customer Service Officer to join our team in St Mary's NSW. You will be the voice of the customer, resolving issues and guiding customers through onboarding, raising work orders, and coordinating with drivers and operations to ensure seamless service.

You will work with business, resident and council customers on a wide range of queries, focusing on customer care and timely responses while meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer care or support role with SLA commitments.
• Experience dealing with business, resident or council customers.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
