Job summary

Zelora is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager in Melbourne to own the end-to-end customer journey from lead to post-install and beyond. You will craft engaging campaigns across email, SMS and digital channels, collaborate with Product, Tech, Sales, Operations and Support, and drive improvements using HubSpot workflows.

The role focuses on clear, human experiences, data-driven decisions, and fast-paced execution to accelerate customer adoption of solar, battery and related offerings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or related discipline is required.
• Proven experience in B2C marketing with focus on engagement, retention and lifecycle.
• Experience in campaigns across email, SMS and digital channels.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation.
• Strong data-driven approach with marketing analytics.
• Track record of product launches, customer initiatives and business results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder influence.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation and automation best practices.
• Analytical, with strong project management and prioritisation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape the customer journey from lead to post-install and beyond.
• Design campaigns across channels to engage, retain and convert customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Sales, Operations and Support on journeys and campaigns.
• Launch targeted campaigns and support product launches using HubSpot workflows.
• Analyse journey performance and customer feedback to remove friction and improve CX.
