Zelora in Australia is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to build and scale our sales function, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, owning sales strategy and revenue delivery.

You’ll lead a high-performing team, drive growth, and collaborate across Marketing, Customer Service, Field Operations, Product and Technology to ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry to sale and beyond.

• Set and execute Zelora’s sales strategy aligned to growth objectives.

• Create a best-in-class sales operating model and tools.
• Lead, inspire and coach the sales team and foster accountability.
• Embed consultative, ethical sales culture and continuous improvement.
• Develop forecasting, pipeline management and performance frameworks.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CS, Field Ops, Product and Tech to support growth.
