Job summary

TAL is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join its Customer Experience team in Australia. You will be the first contact for customers, resolving queries on the spot while handling admin tasks and escalating issues as needed.

You will receive comprehensive training on life insurance products and systems, with ongoing support and opportunities to grow. A rotating full-time roster during NSW hours is required.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, friendly phone manner.

• Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Experience in a contact centre or customer service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and aim to resolve queries on the spot.
• Complete simple admin tasks accurately and quickly.
• Assist with escalations or complaints and work to resolve them promptly.
• Follow privacy and compliance rules in all customer interactions.
• Identify patterns or common issues and share ideas to improve processes.
• Be a supportive team member, sharing knowledge and helping others.
