Job summary

Shepparton O’Brien is seeking a Customer Experience Expert for a 6-month contract in Shepparton. The role is part-time (20 hours per week) with hours from 10:00am–2:00pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime and some Saturdays when required. You will deliver warm, face-to-face customer service and sell vehicle accessory products.

You will manage inquiries across phone, email and in person, support daily operations, and educate customers on services while driving a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience (face-to-face preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional presentation with a positive attitude.
• Ability to problem-solve and create customer-focused solutions.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritise in a busy environment.

• Supporting the Service Centre Manager with daily operations.
• Updating customers on repair lead times.
• Conducting basic repair inspections on vehicles.
• Educating customers on our full range of services.
• Scheduling repair bookings and managing workflow.
• Issuing invoices and raising job authorities.
• Resolving customer concerns and following up queries.
