Job summary

The Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) NSW is hiring a Customer Support Officer based in Parramatta, with flexible working supported. You will be the first point of contact for customers navigating Development Coordination Authority services, respond to enquiries, provide clear guidance and connect customers with the right technical expertise.

You will balance high enquiry volumes with complex needs to keep service accurate and timely.
