Job summary

BevChain, a subsidiary of Linfox, seeks a Customer Engagement Lead to oversee logistics service delivery and customer experience at Kemps Creek, NSW. You will bridge customers, operations, and service providers to drive service excellence and continuous improvements.

This 6-month max-term role focuses on SLA adherence, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision making, with an 8-hour day, 6:30am–9:30am starts, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or customer service with a focus on service delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and logistics management software.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and reporting capabilities would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to optimise service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor SLAs and address deviations to ensure service integrity.
• Drive continuous improvement and empower team members to implement process enhancements.
• Understand customer requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
• Use data and reporting to monitor performance and support informed decisions.
