Job summary

BevChain's Oakdale warehouse seeks an experienced Customer Engagement Lead to oversee the seamless delivery of logistics and operational services while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will link customers, operations, and service providers to drive service excellence across the business, with continuous improvement and SLA compliance at the core.

This is a 6-month maximum-term contract with flexible start times between 6:30am and 9:30am, Monday to Friday, 8-hour workdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or customer service focused on service delivery.
• Strong understanding of warehousing, transport and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and logistics management software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in complex issue resolution.
• Advanced reporting and analysis using Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with multiple stakeholders to optimise service delivery, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs, identifying and addressing service deviations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, empowering team members to implement process enhancements.
• Develop understanding of customer requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
• Utilise data and reporting to monitor service delivery performance, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
