Job summary

BevChain, a subsidiary of Linfox, seeks a Customer Engagement Lead to oversee logistics service delivery and customer experience at Kemps Creek, NSW. You will bridge customers, operations, and service providers to drive service excellence and continuous improvements.

This 6-month max-term role focuses on SLA adherence, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision making, with an 8-hour day, 6:30am–9:30am starts, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or customer service with a focus on service delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and logistics management software.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and reporting capabilities would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to optimise service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor SLAs and address deviations to ensure service integrity.

What does the job look like?

BevChain's Oakdale warehouse operation is seeking an experienced customer service professional to oversee the seamless delivery of logistics and operational services while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

As a Customer Engagement Lead, you will act as a key link between customers, operational teams, and service providers, driving service excellence across the business. This role focuses on continuous improvement, SLA compliance, and supporting the success of our logistics and warehouse operations.

This is a 6-month maximum-term contract offering flexible start times between 6:30am and 9:30am, working Monday to Friday with an 8-hour workday.

Key responsibilities:

• Liaise with multiple stakeholders to optimise service delivery, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs, identifying and addressing any service deviations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, empowering team members to identify and implement process enhancements.
• Develop a strong understanding of customer requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
• Utilise data and reporting to monitor service delivery performance, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.

• Proven experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or customer service with a strong focus on service delivery and customer experience.
• Sound understanding of logistics processes, including warehousing, transport, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Experience using CRM systems and logistics management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and resolve complex issues.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities would be highly regarded.
