About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience & Product Innovation, this role plays a vital part in shaping and enhancing the way our members and customers connect with VRC. You will be responsible for supporting and executing customer engagement strategies, delivering value-driven experiences, and ensuring members feel welcomed, valued, and connected to our community.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and delivering initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and loyalty across key customer segments.
• Developing onboarding experiences to welcome new members and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Collaborating with marketing and events teams to deliver innovative campaigns, activations, and non-race day events.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to represent the voice of the customer and ensure customer-led decision-making.
• Analysing feedback, insights, and market research to continuously improve offerings and enhance customer experiences.

About You

You will be an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional with the ability to bring ideas to life. Ideally, you will have:

• Experience in a membership, marketing, or customer engagement role (sporting or events environment advantageous).
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
