Job summary

Kaisercraft in Burpengary is seeking a casual Retail Sales Assistant to deliver excellent customer service and keep the store well presented. You will help with opening/closing, stock replenishment, and merchandising while building relationships with customers and demonstrating product knowledge.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with a POS system, Microsoft Office, and a flexible schedule across 7 days including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role.
• Ability to create a memorable experience and understand customer needs.
• Motivated to sell products and grow sales.
• Reliable with high attention to detail and good communication.
• Autonomous work style, problem solving and initiative.
• Flexible across 7 days including late nights and weekends.
• Average 2–3 shifts per week, 3–5 hours long.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and a POS System.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing of the store.
