dormakaba in Brisbane's Pinkenba is seeking a proactive Internal Sales - Customer Support professional to nurture customer relationships, quote, process orders and resolve issues.

You will coordinate orders with production and dispatch, support field sales, and maintain CRM records, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM/ERP systems; on-site work with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in internal sales or a customer-facing sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in quoting and order processing.
• Problem-solving with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
• A calm, professional approach to complaints and challenging situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certificate in business admin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships, promote solutions and identify opportunities for sales growth.
• Prepare quotes, maintain CRM records and follow up to convert quotes into orders.
• Enter orders; issue supplier purchase orders and verify confirmations.
• Coordinate orders through to production; update customers on delivery estimates and delays.
• Handle inbound and outbound phone and email inquiries, and maintain customer records.
• Support field sales with product troubleshooting, technical assistance and spare parts advice.
• Process credits, warranty and damage claims; resolve complaints and elevate complex issues.
• Follow up on orders, credits and issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
