Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service across all channels, meeting orders and enquiry needs.
• Keep customers informed of order or enquiry updates in a professional and courteous manner.
• Support sales targets by collaborating with the sales team and performing value-added activities.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities to grow the business through a high-touch approach.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving business processes and policies using continuous improvement methods.
• Support the customer service team in meeting and maintaining customer expectations.
• Maintain and update customer information accurately in SAP.
