Job summary

LifeHealthcare is seeking a proactive Tenders, Contracts and Pricing Administrator to support tender submissions, contract management, pricing administration, and consignment processes across Australia and New Zealand.

You will work with internal teams and healthcare stakeholders to ensure compliant, commercially successful outcomes and exceptional service delivery, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in tender, contract or commercial administration.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tender submissions from initiation to completion.
• Manage full contract lifecycle including implementation and renewals.
• Support pricing reviews, maintenance, optimisation and documentation.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met and parties remain compliant.
• Prepare reports and provide insights to support performance and decisions.
• Assist with consignment contract administration and governance.
• Support negotiation activities and contribute to commercial discussions.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Tenders & Contracts Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting tender submissions, contract management, pricing administration, and consignment processes, ensuring our customers receive excellent service while maintaining compliance and commercial performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a broad range of internal teams and external healthcare stakeholders, helping drive successful outcomes across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinating and managing tender submissions from initiation through to completion
• Managing the full contract lifecycle, including implementation, and renewals
• Supporting pricing reviews, maintenance, optimisation, and documentation
• Ensuring contractual obligations are met and all parties remain compliant
• Preparing reports and providing insights to support business performance and decision-making
• Assisting with consignment contract administration and ongoing contract governance
• Supporting negotiation activities and contributing to commercial discussions where required

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in tender, contract, or commercial administration
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities
• The ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
• Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities

Highly Regarded

• 1-3 years' experience in Tenders and Contract Management
• Experience within a healthcare, medical device, or hospital environment
• Exposure to government tenders, hospital procurement processes, or healthcare contracting

Additional Requirements:

• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Flexibility to travel periodically as required
• Ability to work outside standard business hours when necessary to support tender deadlines and business requirements
