Job summary

LifeHealthcare in Australia is seeking a friendly Customer Care professional to join our team in Sydney, part of the EBOS MedTech family. If you enjoy helping people and solving problems, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing:

• Connecting with customers and sales—handling calls, emails, and all sorts of order requests with confidence
• Keeping our systems up to date (don’t worry, we’ll guide you through it)
• Following up on deliveries and ensuring customers are always kept in the loop
• Collaborating with warehouse, sales, and finance teams to keep everything running smoothly
• Spotting any issues and promptly letting the right people know
