Job summary

DBG Health Pty is seeking a highly organized Customer Business Partner to join the Beauty Supply Chain team in Sydney on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will coordinate end-to-end order management for key wholesale customers, ensuring seamless fulfilment, inventory availability, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Order Management, Customer Operations, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience managing end-to-end order management and fulfilment processes, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery coordination.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across customers, suppliers, 3PL providers, and internal functions.
• Sound understanding of supply chain operations, including inventory management, demand planning, logistics, warehousing, and customer service principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel capability and the ability to utilise data to drive decisions and improve performance.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale customers, acting as the primary contact for order management and service-related activities.
• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle: processing, inventory allocation, delivery coordination, and timely customer communication.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Sales, and 3PL partners to optimise availability and service levels.
• Proactively manage customer enquiries, escalations, claims, shortages, and fulfilment issues for prompt resolution.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics, identifying trends to improve forecast alignment and DIFOT.
• Support new product launches, promotions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
