Job summary

CommBank Kawana Branch is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist to join our Retail Banking Services team. This full-time role offers Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, and focuses on delivering personalised banking solutions across Home Loans, Business Banking and Financial Advice.

You will engage with customers, conduct Financial Health Checks, explain branch technology and digital options, and help with enquiries, account maintenance and credit product applications.

Responsibilities

• Have in-depth conversations with customers about their banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice.
• Support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products.
• Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify changes.
• Provide options via education and demonstration of branch technology and digital banking options.
• Problem solve and drive our processes while upholding risk controls.
