Job summary

NAB is seeking a Customer Advisor for the Geelong West Branch. This full-time role offers exposure to a broad range of banking products and a chance to build lasting customer relationships in a busy local setting.

You'll help customers with account openings, lending and everyday transactions, while showcasing self-service and digital tools to make banking easier, safer and more accessible for everyone.

• Demonstrate Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making banking simple, easy and secure.
