Job summary

Qualifications

• First Aid Certificate required.
• Current driver’s licence.
• National Police Check.
• Ability to undertake extensive intrastate travel (and some interstate travel).

• Oversee safe, efficient delivery of workforce operations across multiple locations.
• Serve as the primary link between host employers, workers and internal teams.
• Support workforce planning and monitor operational performance.
• Lead continuous improvement to strengthen service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Wellbeing Officers to meet workforce needs and outcomes.
