Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across multiple sites (Job Coaches and admin staff).
• Drive participant engagement, employment placements and sustainable outcomes.
• Manage financial forecasting, budgets and performance reporting; translate data into action.
• Utilise data systems to drive operational improvement and reporting.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with Workforce Partners and community organisations to improve outcomes.
• Build productive relationships with employers and training providers.
• Champion continuous improvement and a positive workplace culture.
