Job summary

Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) invites applications for a 2-year fixed-term role to coordinate curriculum and assessment development, reporting to the Head of Curriculum and Learning in Melbourne.

The role focuses on educational initiatives, training pathways, and learning materials, with collaboration across AMC, AHPRA and training sites, contributing to revised education standards and project governance.

Qualifications

• Strong project management, with ability to plan and deliver multiple initiatives.
• Highly developed organisational skills for workload and teams.
• Collaborative experience with educators and committees to support curriculum.
• Experience in developing and reviewing educational materials and assessments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clear documentation.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality across curriculum materials.
• Aptitude for information technology and common software applications.
• Interest in complex education issues related to women's health.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new educational initiatives, training pathways, curriculum and assessments.
• Collaborate with external groups (AMC, AHPRA, training sites) on initiatives and standards.
• Draft review documents and provide educational input for project recommendations.
• Coordinate committees and project groups, prepare agendas, minutes and follow-ups.
• Proofread texts for alignment with education frameworks and standards.
• Prepare and circulate documents with version control.
• Support operationalising revised materials and liaise with internal groups.
• Administer curriculum initiatives and related projects.
• Assist with project planning, roadmaps, documentation and communication.
