Job summary

RANZCOG Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in Victoria seeks a Project Coordinator for Training Pathways and Assessment. You will coordinate curriculum development and assessment initiatives to support education across the College.

The role requires strong project management, organisational skills, and ability to work with external groups. Hybrid working arrangements apply with occasional after-hours meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills with ability to plan, coordinate and deliver multiple projects concurrently.
• Highly developed organisational skills to manage workload and coordinate internal/external contributors.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts, educators and committees.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to prepare clear documentation and brief diverse audiences.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality across materials.
• Proficiency with common IT tools and platforms (MS Office and related software).

Responsibilities

• Provide educational expertise to lead the development of new educational initiatives, including training pathways, curriculum, assessment approaches, and learning materials.
• Liaise with AMC, AHPRA and training sites to inform and support new educational initiatives and regulatory changes.
• Draft review documents for project groups and contribute educational input to recommendations.
• Provide committee coordination including agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
• Proofread complex text to align with education frameworks and standards.
• Prepare and circulate documents with strict version control.
• Support operationalising revised material and liaise with internal groups.
• Administer College curriculum initiatives and related projects.
• Assist with project planning, roadmaps, documentation and communications.
