The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) seeks a CPD Standards Project Coordinator to support CPD standards initiatives through effective project and committee coordination on a 24-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the CPD Standards Lead, you will help design and develop CPD workshops, apply adult learning principles, translate expertise into engaging learning experiences, and coordinate committee meetings and documentation across online

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience assisting in the design, development and continuous improvement of workshops and learning activities.
• Understanding of CPD participant learning needs and postgraduate medical training.
• Experience supporting projects and committees within a professional administrative environment.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and ability to use MS Teams and SharePoint to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CPD workshops, learning activities and educational resources.
• Apply adult learning principles to develop effective educational activities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate content into engaging learning experiences.
• Provide committee coordination, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions for online and in-person meetings.
• Assist with preparing documents/proposals and circulating feedback to stakeholders.
• Coordinate CPD activity approvals in line with the CPD framework.
