Job summary

The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) is seeking a Curriculum Manager to lead the review, QA, and publication of curricula for its training programs. You will plan and coordinate cyclical reviews, develop content, and advise committees on educational processes and risks.

You will design workshops, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with multiple units to publish curricula while driving continuous improvement in medical education.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage curricula review and quality assurance processes.
• Coordinate cyclical review processes to improve curricula and related products.
• Develop, consult on and quality assure content for curricula and supporting resources.
• Advise committees, members and staff on educational processes and risks.
• Critically review change requests to ensure adherence with educational standards.
• Design and deliver workshops to aid problem analysis and solution generation.
• Quality control complex documents for consistent application of guidelines.
• Establish a central source of truth for curricula to support data integrity.
• Collaborate with other units to review and publish curricula.
• Prepare briefs, minutes, reports and correspondence.
• Plan stakeholder engagement and change management activities for curriculum changes.
• Research best practice in medical education and related systems.
• Identify areas for process improvement to standardise training programs.
