Job summary

Nido Early School in Cumberland Park is seeking a Curriculum Leader to inspire educators, elevate practice and embed EYLF and Reggio Emilia philosophy across learning environments.

You will coach educators in planning cycles, documentation and reflective practice, ensuring engaging, culturally responsive programs. Collaboration with families and community is central to extending learning and supporting child outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (preferred) or Diploma (ACECQA recognised).
• At least 2 years’ experience in a Lead Educator or curriculum leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry-based learning.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and reflective practice skills.
• Knowledge of Reggio Emilia philosophy and pedagogical documentation.
• WWCC and First Aid.
• Please note: Any candidate employed from 1 April must provide a certificate confirming completion of the Federally mandated ‘National Child Safety Training’ via Geccko, or must be willing to obtain prior to employment.
