Job summary

Harbord OOSH is seeking a Practice Lead – Curriculum & Inclusion to drive educational excellence across Before/After School and Vacation Care. You will mentor educators, lead curriculum development and champion inclusive practice, aligning programs with MTOP and the National Quality Framework.

The role is off-the-floor, focusing on capability-building, quality audits and continuous improvement, while acting as 2IC to the Centre Director when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma or higher qualification approved under the Education and Care Services National Regulations.
• Experience in Educational Leader, Practice Lead, Assistant Director or OSHC leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of MTOP and the National Quality Framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead educational practice and curriculum implementation across before/after school and vacation care.
• Coach and mentor Assistant Directors and educators to improve program quality.
• Champion inclusive practice and develop inclusion strategies and behaviour support plans.
• Coordinate ISP applications, funding and documentation requirements.
• Lead professional learning and capability-building for educators.
• Act as 2IC and support Centre Director in operations and governance.
