Job summary

The Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR) is seeking a proactive Project Officer, Curriculum and Educational Design to support the development and continuous improvement of curriculum, assessment, and educational resources across Clinical Radiology and Radiation Oncology training programs.

This full-time role involves coordinating projects, engaging stakeholders, and applying contemporary educational design to learning initiatives, with two permanent and fixed-term

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting projects and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in education, curriculum design or assessment support is desirable.
• Ability to build effective relationships with clinicians and subject matter experts.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of curriculum design principles and adult learning.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Chair and members of curriculum and assessment committees and their working groups.
• Provide secretariat support for committees.
• Collaborate with Deputy Chief Censors, panels and committees to deliver curriculum and assessment activities on time.
• Support design, development, implementation and evaluation of curriculum and assessment activities.
• Develop and maintain educational resources, learning materials and digital content.
• Apply adult learning principles and contemporary educational design practices.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders on projects.
• Assist with curriculum review, renewal and quality assurance.
• Support educational governance and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate project activities, stakeholder consultations and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in education, training and assessment.
