Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) is seeking an Education Development Officer to support Curriculum Development within the Education Development and Improvement team. You will design, develop, and review curricula and training components across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand, engaging diverse stakeholders and ensuring alignment with educational frameworks.

The role involves facilitating workshops, translating feedback into actionable plans, and collaborating on business

Qualifications

• Experience designing curricula, programs, and training sessions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain curricula-related products.
• Translate feedback into actionable plans.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops.
• Support implementation of new training requirements or tools.
• Collaborate on processes and technology platforms for new programs.
• Negotiate and manage stakeholder relationships, including other postgraduate colleges.
• Document stakeholder concerns, risks and issues.
• Monitor progress and evaluate change activities.
• Contribute to other education projects as required.
