Engineers Australia is seeking a Culture Program Lead to establish and drive the enterprise-wide Culture Program, translating insights into a practical, sustainable roadmap that strengthens leadership alignment and organisational performance.
Reporting to the People Team, you will partner with executives and governance bodies to prioritise cultural initiatives, embed ownership in processes, and sustain change across the organisation for the Horizons Strategy.

The Culture Program Lead is responsible for establishing and leading Engineers Australia's enterprise-wide Culture Program, creating a clear understanding of the current culture and defining the culture required to support the Horizons Strategy. The role will translate cultural insights into a practical and sustainable roadmap that strengthens leadership alignment, accountability, decision-making, collaboration and ways of working across the organisation. Working closely with leaders, governance groups and the People Team, the Culture Program Lead will build momentum for cultural change while embedding ownership into existing leadership, governance, people and performance processes. Acting as a trusted advisor and facilitator, the role provides objective challenge and specialist expertise while building internal capability to sustain cultural change over the long term. The position plays a critical role in connecting culture to strategy execution, organisational performance, member experience, governance maturity, risk management and transformation outcomes.
This is an 8-month fixed term opportunity with an immediate start for the right candidate.
