Engineers Australia is seeking a Culture Program Lead to establish and run our enterprise-wide culture initiative. The role translates insights into a practical roadmap, strengthening leadership alignment, accountability and collaboration across the organisation.

Working with executives and governance groups, you will drive cultural change, embed it in leadership and processes, and support the Horizons Strategy. This is an 8-month fixed-term role with immediate start.

• Lead Engineers Australia's - Culture Program, including culture diagnostics, future-state design and progress measurement.
• Use workforce data, feedback and organisational insights to identify cultural priorities.
• Define the culture, behaviours and leadership expectations needed to support our strategy.
• Deliver initiatives that strengthen accountability, decision-making, collaboration, leadership alignment and organisational effectiveness.
• Build leadership capability and embed culture across people, governance, performance and business processes.
