Job summary

ACH Group in Adelaide is seeking an HR professional to partner with leaders and co-design culture, capability and employee experience initiatives. You will support wellbeing, engagement, recognition and inclusion programs, and help deliver leadership development and reporting on people metrics.

You will bring at least three years of HR generalist or advisory experience, strong communication and stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to improving processes while aligning with ACH

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in an HR generalist, HR administration or advisory role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting employee wellbeing, recognition, engagement surveys, culture or capability programs.
• Highly developed administration, coordination and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of culture, capability and learning initiatives aligned with organisational strategy.
• Coordinate and continuously improve employee wellbeing, reward and recognition, and diversity and inclusion programs.
• Support leadership development initiatives across all levels of the organisation.
• Drive the coordination and delivery of employee culture surveys, debriefs, action plans, dashboards and reporting.
• Monitor culture measures, identify trends and recommend practical improvements.
• Embed ACH Group’s values, service behaviours and customer-focused mindset.
• Build trusted partnerships and provide considered advice to leaders and stakeholders.
• Develop performance measures and report on the effectiveness of programs and processes.
