Job summary

Sharp and Carter is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to support a client group of approximately 75–80 employees across technical, professional and innovation teams. You will partner with leaders to drive engagement, capability, performance and organisational effectiveness.

This role suits someone who excels at building strong stakeholder relationships, influencing leaders, navigating complex people matters and guiding businesses through change, with a focus on capability development

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a HR Generalist, HR Advisor or Business Partner role.
• Strong employee relations and performance management experience.
• Experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives.
• Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on.
• Able to build credibility quickly and provide pragmatic advice to leaders.
